Roflumilast is a potent, selective PDE4 inhibitor used for both dermatological conditions (topical) and respiratory diseases (oral). As Zoryve®, it treats plaque psoriasis and atopic dermatitis with once-daily application. Orally, it reduces exacerbations in severe COPD. Topical forms include 0.05%–0.3% cream and foam, applied to affected areas, including sensitive skin. |
